Licensed Associate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Licensed Associate Counsel, the full-time position will support commercial contract and regulatory functions, autonomously driving projects to completion while working remotely from any location.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with financial and cryptocurrency regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 4-6 years of legal experience in commercial and regulatory work, particularly in fintech or cryptocurrency
• In-depth knowledge of financial and cryptocurrency regulations, including AML/KYC requirements
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
