Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues related to clinical operations
- Provide legal counsel on complex matters regarding healthcare laws and regulations
- Support compliance with laws including the False Claims Act and anti-kickback statutes
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare law or regulatory counseling
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare laws and regulatory bodies
- 3+ years of experience with legal issues involving Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
