Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues related to clinical operations
• Provide legal counsel on complex matters regarding healthcare laws and regulations
• Support compliance with laws including the False Claims Act and anti-kickback statutes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare law or regulatory counseling
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare laws and regulatory bodies
• 3+ years of experience with legal issues involving Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
