Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's disputes and litigation strategy, including various legal matters
• Provide legal guidance on labor and employment issues and collaborate with HR for compliance
• Advise the Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Compliance Officer on privacy and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in both law firm and in-house settings
• Extensive experience in managing complex litigation and labor law
• Expertise in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance laws
• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction; additional licensure is a plus
