Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, AI and Technology, to provide legal guidance in the evolving field of artificial intelligence and technology in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the AI Review Board and Responsible AI program, advising on new AI use cases and solutions
• Monitor and advise on AI legislation and regulation, supporting implementation across the organization
• Advise on technology-related legal matters, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of legal experience, including time in private practice
• Proven ability to build and maintain solid working relationships across functions
• Expertise and judgment to advise leadership on complex legal matters
