Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage various transactions, including NDAs and commercial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives
• Develop workflows, templates, and policies while assisting with general transactions and legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm or as in-house corporate counsel
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
• Ability to provide risk-appropriate solutions based on legal and business judgment
• Experience in a cross-department role requiring strong relationship-building skills
