Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team focused on AI and technology in healthcare, the remote Licensed Associate General Counsel will provide legal guidance on AI solutions, partner with business and technical stakeholders, and manage AI-related contracts and regulatory responses.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the AI Review Board and advise on new AI use cases and products
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to address legal questions and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Manage AI-related RFP, RFI, and regulatory responses, maintaining response libraries and overseeing processes

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of legal experience, including time in private practice
• Expertise and judgment to advise leadership on complex legal matters
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across functions
