Licensed Associate Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Providing timely and accurate legal counsel, the remote Associate Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while advising on intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including product and services agreements
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property issues, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to interpret contracts and address legal concerns related to commercial transactions

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more states
• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate law, focusing on commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of intellectual property, data protection, and privacy laws
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial transactions
