Licensed Associate Medical Director

Job Summary

Supporting health plan relationships and external thought leadership strategies, the remote Associate Medical Director/Principal, Payer Partnerships will manage partnerships, drive innovative data analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance provider network impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support health plan partnerships and strategy through relationship building and presentations
• Drive exploratory data analyses to demonstrate patient outcomes and inform strategic direction
• Collaborate with teams across product, design, growth, marketing, and operations to implement clinical strategy

Required qualifications

• MD/DO or PhD in psychology with 3+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of experience in payer or partnership roles, preferably in technology environments
• Demonstrated thought leadership with peer-reviewed publications or industry presentations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and research insights
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and clinical quality measurement systems
