Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support a federal government agency in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Review case files and conduct fact-finding reviews
Conduct research for legal opinions and summarize claims and evidence
Prepare statistical data and visual aids to support case litigation

Required Qualifications

JD required and barred in good standing in a US State or Territory
Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
Experience with decision writing
Familiarity with document review software such as Relativity, EverLaw, Salesforce, or SharePoint
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance
