Licensed Attorney (Contract)

Job Summary

Providing essential legal support for public service campaigns, the part-time contract Licensed Attorney will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on compliance and advertising practices, and manage legal risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise various agreements, including master services and vendor agreements
• Support government-funded initiatives by interpreting contractual requirements and updating agreements as needed
• Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance, advertising practices, and campaign-related documentation

Required qualifications

• JD with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience in advertising and marketing legal issues, production agreements, or government compliance
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to assess legal risks and provide practical guidance
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
