Licensed Attorney, Enterprise Sales

Job Summary

Supporting Lumen's Enterprise Sales organization, the full-time Licensed Attorney will manage the end-to-end negotiation of complex customer transactions, advising on legal frameworks and risks while partnering with sales and business leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of enterprise agreements, including MSAs and SOWs
• Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and deal strategy
• Structure complex transactions to align legal frameworks with commercial objectives

Required qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of matters and competing priorities
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to provide clear legal guidance
