Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney/Senior Attorney - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal needs of operational departments, including contract drafting and negotiation
• Advise on operational matters such as leases and local permitting processes
• Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with operational decisions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar license
• 3+ years relevant experience in oil & gas operations
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting upstream and midstream oil and gas operations in the Appalachian Basin
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time for team events/meetings
