Job Summary

Managing complex legal cases, the full-time Licensed Attorney Partner will advise clients, represent them in court, and supervise teams while working remotely from Buffalo, NY.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on business transactions and legal rights while managing cases independently from start to finish
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies, including jury selection and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft substantial legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in general liability/insurance defense
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in [State], with additional states being a plus
• Experience in negotiations and mediations
• Superior analytical and research skills
