Job Summary
Bringing clinical expertise and product intuition, the full-time Licensed Audiology Product Manager will optimize clinical charting, audiogram tools, and provider workflows while working remotely from Denver or the US West Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and prioritization for the clinical suite, including audiogram capture and clinical charting
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert on audiology workflows, translating clinical procedures into streamlined software features
- Define requirements for integrating Sycle with industry-standard audiology equipment and diagnostic devices
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.), Master's in Audiology, or certified Hearing Instrument Specialist background required
- 2-5+ years of experience in product management or clinical workflow design within a digital health or EMR software company
- Direct experience with audiological evaluations, hearing aid fitting protocols, and SOAP charting
- Familiarity with using modern AI tools for drafting specifications and designing workflows
- Exceptional ability to bridge clinical language and technical engineering requirements
