Licensed Auto and General Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Senior Auto and General Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active adjuster's licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
