Job Summary

Experienced in managing high-volume claims, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will independently handle auto liability and property damage claims, from inception through resolution, including investigations, coverage analysis, and settlement negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjuster's License required in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
