Job Summary
Owning the auto property damage claims process, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Advocate will investigate and process claims, ensuring customer clarity and care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and process auto property damage claims, including theft and fire losses, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Gather and evaluate evidence such as police reports and witness statements to assess claim legitimacy and liability
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and collaborate with legal counsel and teams to expedite complex claims
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in handling auto property damage claims
- Working knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a claims license within the first 3 months of employment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with claims management software and Google Workspace
