Job Summary

Supervising a team of Commercial auto property damage claims adjusters, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor will lead a remote team, manage complex litigation, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to handle diverse caseloads effectively
• Guide the claims team in accordance with company best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while overseeing adjuster hiring and training

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters license in applicable states
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in claims management
• Knowledge of team member related functions
