Job Summary

Supervising a team of Commercial Auto Bodily Injury claims adjusters, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor will manage complex litigation cases, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across varying caseloads
• Guide the claims team in accordance with company best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters license and appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability in handling Commercial Auto Liability Claims and overseeing claims adjusters
