Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Licensed Auto Insurance Agent- REMOTE/TELECOMMUTER.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing professional and timely assistance
• Supports customers with policy inquiries, billing questions, and new business onboarding
• Maintains compliance standards while navigating multiple systems to assist callers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active property & casualty insurance agent/producer license is required
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals and billing processes
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and internal CRM systems
