Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex Auto Liability claims, the full-time Licensed Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning the proper course of action to resolve claims
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
