Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims, ensuring proper coverage determination and legal liability resolution for both first- and third-party claims.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing involved parties and collecting documentation to analyze coverage and determine liability
- Manage property damage claims, including those involving attorney-represented parties, and make recommendations for claim dispositions
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
