Job Summary

A company is looking for a Third Party Adverse Auto Subrogation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate claims to identify recovery opportunities and pursue reimbursement from liable third parties
• Negotiate settlements with adverse adjusters and insurers to maximize financial recovery
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and track performance metrics for subrogation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; experience in lieu of degree considered
• Adjusters license required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subrogation or claims adjusting within the property and casualty insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and subrogation principles
• Bilingual preferred
