Licensed Automotive Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support KPA's compliance leadership in the automotive retail sector, the full-time remote Licensed Automotive Compliance Specialist will monitor legal and regulatory developments, enhance compliance resources, and leverage AI technologies to improve consultant productivity and compliance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor federal and state legislation affecting Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I, providing practical implementation guidance
- Maintain and enhance KPA's 50-state compliance libraries and knowledge resources, translating complex legal concepts into operational guidance
- Leverage AI to improve regulatory research, compliance analysis, and knowledge management, ensuring legal accuracy and consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of experience in automotive retail compliance or related fields
- Strong understanding of Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I regulations
- Demonstrated ability to research and interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance research and compliance workflows
