Licensed BAR Tutor

Job Summary

To support students preparing for the bar exam, the part-time Virtual BAR Tutor will provide one-on-one or group tutoring, assess student strengths and weaknesses, and offer personalized feedback and study strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess student strengths and weaknesses to create tailored success plans
• Provide study strategies, skill-building exercises, and personalized feedback to improve bar exam performance
• Answer student questions regarding substantive law, study skills, and test-taking strategies

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD Degree)
• Active BAR License
• 3+ years of teaching/tutoring experience
• Knowledge of bar exam content and strategies
• Expertise in both written and multiple-choice components of the bar exam
