Job Summary
To support the growth of independent ABA practices, the part-time Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide high-quality ABA services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while enjoying clinical and professional autonomy in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA services and conduct assessments for clients and families
- Monitor client progress and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee and supervise a growing clinical team while maintaining compliance with standards
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required
- Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice
