Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Advocate, Case Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management for individuals, supporting members and families throughout the treatment continuum
  • Educate members on treatment options and facilitate connections to appropriate resources
  • Collaborate with providers and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Independently Licensed Clinician with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or a Licensed Ph.D., or Registered Nurse with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • Active and unrestricted licenses in the state of residence
  • 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Teams, and Excel
  • Dedicated workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet access
