Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Advocate, Case Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist consumers using clinical skills and provide appropriate referrals to psychiatric and community resources
• Manage discharge planning and transitions between care settings to ensure quality outcomes
• Collaborate with providers to address mental health concerns and contribute to treatment plan discussions

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted clinical licensure in state of residence
• 2+ years of experience in a related mental health setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Able to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST, including one weekday holiday per year
