Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers, the full-time remote Lead Behavioral Health Care Manager will provide clinical supervision, deliver direct patient care, and ensure quality treatment for oncology patients using evidence-based practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and clinical supervision to BHCMs, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments
• Conduct structured assessments and develop treatment plans for oncology patients, implementing ongoing progress assessments
• Track performance metrics and support BHCMs in achieving documentation and treatment targets

Required qualifications

• Licensed mental health provider with 2+ years of experience in treating patients with chronic or serious medical illnesses
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably managing a remote team across multiple states
• Proficient in using data to inform decision-making and improve patient care
• Experience in delivering care in a virtual setting and supporting patients with diverse backgrounds and varying acuity levels
• Ability to work virtual clinic hours in the Pacific Timezone
