Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager will efficiently accept patient handoffs, develop therapeutic rapport, and guide patients in managing their mental health remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Accept patient handoffs and continue care while developing rapport to create a safe therapeutic environment
• Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and triggers, and monitor medication adherence
• Assess patient risk, formulate safety plans, and provide crisis interventions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in technology, particularly the Google Suite, for remote work
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and strong documentation skills
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation for patient treatment
• Experience in counseling and crisis intervention within a behavioral health context
