Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic clinical case management for the Medicare population
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing to enhance member engagement in case management
• Complete comprehensive assessments and care plans while documenting in clinical systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct clinical practice experience
• An active and unrestricted clinical behavioral health license in the state of residence
• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required
• Must have residential broadband service with adequate internet speeds
