Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess member needs and determine appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with providers to develop personalized care plans for effective health service delivery
• Intervene during behavioral health or medical crises, ensuring continuity of care and follow-up support

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health or a related field
• Active, unencumbered independent clinical license in the state of practice
• 3+ years of post-master's clinical experience in relevant settings
• 3+ years of behavioral health experience
• Ability to manage crisis calls with professionalism and empathy
