Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Clinician in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services/benefits for members
- Provide triage and crisis support while gathering clinical information to render coverage determinations
- Identify members at risk for poor outcomes and facilitate referrals to integrate with other services and programs
Required Qualifications
- Active current and unrestricted Independent clinical behavioral health license in the state of residence (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc)
- 3+ years of behavioral health experience
- Ability to talk on the telephone and type simultaneously in a queue-based position
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm EST
- Master's degree required if social worker, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
