Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician - Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate treatment plans to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards
• Coordinate and assess healthcare service options for appropriate and cost-effective care
• Gather clinical information to inform coverage recommendations and support optimal treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Master's level Behavioral Health license or Registered Nurse licensure with psychiatric specialty
• 1+ years of Utilization Review/Utilization Management experience
• 3+ years of Behavioral Health clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Recent experience in an inpatient hospital behavioral health setting
• Ability to meet mandated decision turnaround times with limited schedule flexibility
