Job Summary
Managing client crises remotely, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide in-the-moment phone support, conduct brief risk assessments, and connect clients to appropriate treatment options.
Key responsibilities
- Skillfully manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including risk assessment and safety planning
- Identify barriers to clinical care and connect clients to suitable treatment options through proprietary software
- Independently manage a caseload of clients with complex, multi-need situations
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, or related fields
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in EAP or clinical call center settings
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
