Job Summary
To support cancer survivors' mental health, the full-time remote Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of cancer survivors and monitor treatment progress
- Administer individualized and group survivorship therapy protocols to patients
- Collaborate with the survivorship care team to promote holistic and integrated care for patients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience in psycho-oncology or survivorship care
- Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Ability to independently drive work forward and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Availability for a full-time 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
