Licensed Behavioral Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Contact Center Coach to assist service members and veterans in accessing mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via various communication methods to address service member needs
• Use structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements
• Coordinate warm handoffs with Contact Center Specialists and activate escalation protocols for safety concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
• Preferably at least three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
• Has clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
• Has experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
