Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Discusses behavioral health issues with healthcare providers and documents outcomes
• Acts as a resource for claim professionals, providing insights on behavioral health assessments and return-to-work opportunities
• Coordinates with various stakeholders to support clinical claims reviews and vocational rehabilitation services

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Clinical Psychology)
• Licensure in Clinical Psychology or Social Work (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT)
• 3-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, including 1 year in claims or disability management
• Experience with utilization review or behavioral health case management is preferred
• Certified Case Management (CCM) designation is a plus
