Job Summary

Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant, responsible for reviewing and analyzing behavioral health information to support disability claims involving mental health conditions, working full-time in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze claim file information to provide evidence-based recommendations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to clarify treatment plans and support recovery strategies
• Provide consultation and education to non-clinical staff regarding mental health conditions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Active clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC) required
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings preferred
• Proficiency with digital tools and navigating multiple platforms
