Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Summary

Providing management consultation to corporate clients, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant will address safety and risk issues, coordinate critical incident responses, and conduct clinical assessments while working remotely across the continental U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with corporate clients on safety, risk, substance misuse, and psychological fitness for duty
• Coordinate critical incident stress management processes and interventions for workplace trauma
• Perform case management and clinical assessments for members referred by management

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted independent state licensure in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, PhD)
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health services
• 2+ years of substance abuse experience
• 2+ years of crisis management experience
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
