Job Summary
Responsible for ongoing clinical management and quality oversight of value-based programs, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant will develop relationships with behavioral health providers, drive quality improvement processes, and monitor provider performance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and key clinical staff
- Facilitate oversight meetings to monitor and discuss provider performance
- Identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis of clinical and operational data
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Master's degree-level clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields, or Bachelor's level RN
- 3+ years of post-licensure direct behavioral health clinical experience
- 1+ years of experience in a managed care setting
- 1+ years of experience in analysis, reporting, and data analytics within healthcare
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
