Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for ongoing clinical management and quality oversight of value-based programs, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant will develop relationships with behavioral health providers, drive quality improvement processes, and monitor provider performance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and key clinical staff
• Facilitate oversight meetings to monitor and discuss provider performance
• Identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis of clinical and operational data

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Master's degree-level clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields, or Bachelor's level RN
• 3+ years of post-licensure direct behavioral health clinical experience
• 1+ years of experience in a managed care setting
• 1+ years of experience in analysis, reporting, and data analytics within healthcare
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
