Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor

Job Summary

Offering a fully remote contract opportunity, the Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload without the need for marketing or billing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients
• Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation
• Work independently with provided clients, focusing solely on therapy without claims or billing responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
• CAQH# for independent practice capability
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
• Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without involvement in marketing or outreach
• Availability to average 30 hours per week for health stipend eligibility (full-time caseloads)
