Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload without the need for marketing or billing tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation
- Collaborate with clients in a therapy-focused model, ensuring quality mental health support
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH# for independent practice capability
- Experience in providing telehealth counseling services
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to maintaining a flexible schedule and managing a self-determined caseload
