Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients in a fully remote setting, with no marketing or outreach required and a flexible schedule to set their own hours and caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation
- Collaborate with clients provided by the organization, focusing solely on therapy without claims or billing work
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH# for independent practice capability
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment with reliable internet access
- Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without engaging in marketing or outreach
- Willingness to average 30 hours per week for eligibility for health stipend (for full-time caseloads)
