Licensed Behavioral Health Director

Job Summary

Supporting the Optum Behavioral Health Solutions Network team, the full-time Associate Director, Behavioral Health Value Creation will work remotely to enhance provider and member experiences while driving operational excellence and cost-effectiveness through performance and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute continuous process improvement opportunities across clinical engagement
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic business solutions based on data analysis

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, including network/contract analytics or claims processing analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Demonstrated ability in root cause identification and analysis
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace at home
