Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and member clinical records related to behavioral health
  • Partner with staff and departments on provider education, outreach, and developing data-driven analysis to measure program effectiveness
  • Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and collaborate to initiate process changes for quality improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • 4-6 years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
  • Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required
  • State-specific licensure may be required for certain states (AZ, FL, GA, NV, WA)
