Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to support behavioral health providers and members in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and assess member clinical records related to behavioral health
  • Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
  • Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and collaborate to improve quality and satisfaction for staff, providers, and members
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field, or a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • 4-6 years of experience in providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
  • Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required
  • State-specific licensure may be required for certain states
