Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and assess member clinical records related to behavioral health
  • Partner with staff and departments for provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
  • Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and collaborate with staff to initiate process changes to improve quality and satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
  • 4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient care
  • Experience with assessment of treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required
  • State-specific licensure may be required for certain states
