Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager Lead to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavioral Health Care Managers
• Maintain a patient caseload and coordinate care with medical providers
• Track patient follow-up and clinical outcomes, ensuring adherence to documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in behavioral health or care management
• At least 1-2 years of clinical supervision or team leadership experience
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist
• Experience in virtual delivery care models preferred
