Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager - Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured assessments of mental and behavioral health for oncology patients
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with oncology teams and participate in consultation meetings

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to provide mental health treatment from at least one US state
• Ability to support a diverse caseload of patients with varying degrees of acuity
• Experience with oncology patients or those with chronic/serious medical conditions
• Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and/or trauma
• Spanish speaking and capable of providing care in Spanish
